A few months ago we posted about this exciting kitchen project, and we couldn’t be more proud to share the results with you. The centrepiece of this luxurious painted kitchen is this enormous, feature-packed island. Clad in charcoal blue shaker panelling, it contains three sets of deep pan drawers, a breakfast bar, a state-of-the-art induction hob, a boiling water tap and prep-sink, and snazzy rising plug sockets.

Be brave, be bold!

We're always on the lookout for new designs, styles and products and whilst scouring the length and breadth of KBB Show 2018 this spring one certainly stood out from the crowd!

It's a great idea to create a neutral canvas by selecting a monochrome palette for the permanent fixtures in your space, such as worktops and cabinet doors, then add eye-popping colour and style with conversation pieces like these amazing SMEG vs Dolce & Gabanna appliances.

So go forth, be brave... and be bold!

Our KBB highlights pt.1

We at Commandery make sure we keep abreast of the latest trends in Kitchen design and technology, so we never miss a chance to visit KBB - the Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom show. It's the biggest UK kitchen industry trade show, and an essential date in the calendar.

We had a whale of a time and learned a few tricks that we can't wait to use in our future projects. Here are a few of our favourite bits and bobs.

Cheltenham island kitchen preview

We thought we'd tease you with a few details from a beautiful kitchen we've just completed in Cheltenham. This family living space is surrounded by glass, revealing a gorgeous planted garden. Look out for the finished project when we've had permission to take some professional photographs. For now you can see some of the details included, such as a slick quartz worktop with undermounted sink and a rising set of island plug sockets.

New kitchen projects for 2018

We at Commandery are working hard on a number of exciting kitchen projects for clients in Worcestershire and beyond right now. A curvy contemporary kitchen-diner in a modern detatched house, complete with large, brilliant white peninsula. A scandinavian-influenced galley kitchen in a large extended semi-detached property. Also, a number of on-going top secret 'grand designs' and lots of smaller supply-only kitchens!
